Founder and Coach
Andy Stanley
Andy is a Florida-based runner and coach, originally from PA, where his approach to training was molded by years of training in harsh winters and working on his parents organic farm. Andy was a state runner up in the 3200M among his numerous accomplishments in high school. Andy went on to run at D1 at Liberty University, where despite battling injuries, Andy collected a second team all conference in cross country and was a top 5 runner for his team. Andy graduated early for college during Covid and went into law enforcement.
Andy coached one season at the high school level in Virginia where he was able to help his distance squad all PR and help qualify for regional and state meets. Andy was also able to give his athletes into what running at the next level looked like and give insights on their recruiting process from colleges.
After moving to Florida Andy moved his coaching to private coaching where he focused on training a handful of adult athletes for Hyrox and road races.
Andy’s coaching is human first- empathetic, individualized, and collaborative. He emphasizes clear communication and helping athletes understand their training so they can take full ownership of it, not just follow it. He believes that running is more than performance- its a way to explore and push your limits, and in doing so, understand yourself better.
