Outset was born in a garage. Not a boardroom. Built out of frustration with gear that couldn't keep up and a belief that the hybrid athlete — the one who lifts heavy and runs far — deserved a brand that was actually built for them.

At Outset we believe performance is more than physical. It's a mindset. A standard. A daily decision to show up to the work regardless of how you feel about it. That philosophy — Discipline Beats Motivation — is the foundation everything we build is built on.

In our short history we've dressed athletes competing in fitness racing and started building a community of people who believe Discipline Beats Motivation every time.
